A sweet birthday surprise

During our stay, we were treated like family. the staff surprised my mother with a delicious cake for her birthday, which made our celebration even more special. The breakfast was diverse and delightful. The location was perfect for exploring famous sites like Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque.

It was a bit unexpected that breakfast was not served on the terrace as I had hoped, which I must have misread. However, the dining experience inside was still enjoyable.

Positive, Great location on a quiet street close to main attractions. Clean and tidy rooms with daily towel changes. Breakfast varied each day, though some dishes could be warmer. Staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay exceptional.

while the location is quite charming, the breakfast was an absolute disaster with cups and plates missing, and the food options were laughable at best. I was also shocked to find a spare pillow without a case, which I couldn't possibly use! And I certainly expected a complimentary gesture after such inconveniences, but instead got nothing. how disappointing!

The Double Room in the basement felt underground with issues—cables sticking out from the wall, cleanliness left something to be desired with hairs in the bathroom, and the promised fabulous terrace was just a cluttered rooftop rather than a relaxing space. The bed configuration in the Standard Double Room can feel cramped for those who like to move around at night. narrow beds aren't great for restless sleepers. We also faced inconveniences like missing toilet paper, despite multiple requests.

i stayed at pruva for a short visit and was blown away by the level of service. the front desk staff, especially mohammed, made us feel so welcome. the location was perfect for exploring and the room was clean and modern, exceeding my expectations.
